14-Day Return Window
You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns must be initiated by emailing support@lunelya.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, beauty items, cosmetics, accessories worn on skin, and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return Address
Returns are accepted at our UK returns centre.
Return address will be provided after authorisation by our support team.
Return address details will be confirmed by our UK support team after return approval.
